Place & context
On Rainbow Street.
The Grounds of Jabal Amman explores a shared setting on Rainbow Street in Amman. The Grounds of Alexandria in Sydney provided a conceptual reference for a place whose character can change through the year.
Design idea
A place that changes with the season.
Seasonal transformation is the central idea: spaces that can accommodate different gatherings and experiences as the year unfolds. The project’s focus is the adaptability of the setting itself.
